Dear Andrea, I will try with mere words to express how deeply touched I have been by who you are, and the sensitivity, sincerity, and gentleness you constantly brought to every meeting my family had with you, as you guided us through the arrangements we needed to make to farewell our dearest Michael. Professionalism, heaps of patience, tears hugs and prayers are only some of the beautiful things you did for us. Caring for Michael's body with such respect and dignity can only be thanked from one mother's heart to another. Now he is gone, but seems more present than ever before.
